The greeting employee did not seem to know what he was doing although friendly. Playing 1-3 NL poker I sat down in a nice enough room but the check in process was very labored and time consuming. The dealers are not ready to go and the pit bosses have no idea what they are doing in regards to making the right decisions regarding table play and rules. This place is not ready for the efficiency and effectiveness of running a casino.
