The entrance to the self-parking lot is poorly marked, and be prepared to walk a LONG way from the parking garage to registration or your rooms. But this left a bad taste so we won't book Bally's again. Never heard of that! When we did check out, my roommate went up to the desk clerk and told her that she did not believe this was an acceptable practice if they wanted repeat business, and the charge was removed. They said that an 'early checkout fee' of $50 would apply. On the second day, we went to the desk and gave them the courtesy of telling them we'd be leaving a day early. We were there for a bridge tournament and elected to cut our stay short from 3 nights to 2 nights. We were not in the Jubilee Tower which I understand is nicer. On the positive side, there are bars in the shower and a nice shelf up high which was really appreciated. The carpet was worn, the wood in the bathroom was scuffed, etc. When we went to check in, they said our room was not ready (which was OK because it was before 4), but if we wanted to pay $28, it would be ready now.
